QUESTIONS

  • What are your operating hours?
    Our operating hours are as follows: Sunday – CLOSED Monday - 10am to 6pm Tuesday - 10am to 6pm Wednesday - 10am to 6pm Thursday - 10am to 6pm Friday - 10am to 6pm Saturday - 10am to 2pm Closed most holidays. During these hours, you can reach a customer service rep through the website or through our WhatsApp line. These are also the hours in which we do delivery.
  • Do you deliver?
    We deliver to most residential and commercial addresses on New Providence and Paradise Island. Delivery hours are between 10:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday, and 11:00AM - 2:00PM, Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays.
  • Do you deliver to the Family Islands?
    At this moment, we do not deliver directly to the Family Islands however, we will deliver your items to the plane or boat freight forwarder of your choice. Please note we will not be responsible for any freight forwarding fees and charges, nor will we be held liable for any damages to your items once we hand them over to your freight forwarder.
  • How long does delivery take?
    For local delivery, once you would have placed an order via our website, your order is dispatched to you within 3 days.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    For all orders destined for New Providence and Paradise Island, and for all orders destined to the Family Islands by way of freight forwarder, there is a delivery fee of $3.00. To qualify for free delivery, your order total must be at least $50.00.
  • Can I exchange or return my order?
    All customers have 3 days from delivery date to return or exchange any item free of charge. Please note that skincare items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Items must be in their original packaging, unused and not tampered with. All customers wishing to return or exchange items must have an account with us.
  • Do you wholesale or offer private labeling services?
    Please reach out to us at sales@goombaylabs.com to discuss any private labeling or wholesale enquiries.
  • Where are you located?
    As we do not have a physical location yet, we conduct most of our business through our secure online storefront. Throughout the year we attend various exhibitions, pop up vendor shows, and festivals where you can meet our team and experience our products first-hand.   • Do you ship outside of The Bahamas?
    Yes we do! We provide international shipping. We use the Express Mail Service (EMS) through our local Post Office. You will be provided a tracking number and EMS has quoted a transit time of 3 - 5 business days. Orders placed before 4:00PM EST, Monday - Friday, are dispatched by 10:00AM the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched the next business day by 10:00AM.
